I have had this confusion for a while now. MY opt started in Sept this year. I have joined a consultancy in November (after 60 days). After I read the posts about the denials of extensions, I've asked my consultant to run my payroll within the completion of 90 days. But he said it is not necessary.
As for now, I'm on an unpaid internship. Should we have a payroll activity within the first 90days of OPT period ? Is it compulsory ?
PS : My OPT application has to go Nebraska center
