My total unemployement days including weekends is 28, still I recievd a rfe.Whats more complicated is they asked end client letter..My employers are 2 big large consultancy companies NASDAQ listed.
My OPT is expiring soon. And my contracting company asking for EAD card!!. I am puzzled. don't know what to do. USCIS gave me RFE after waiting for 2 months!!... Is there any way to quicken things up?Sorry if this is a repost.

Hi,
I worked for 2 companies in my 1st opt. OPt started on Jan 6th . I started working on jan 15th as FTE paid salary. I worked FTE till June when I quit my position and joined as a contractor position working for a client. My joining date for contract postponed for 2 weeks ,so joined on July 8th. I am paid all the days I am in job.Docs I send
1.Offer letter from both employers
2.All paystubs
3.Letter from HR of both employers
4. Letter from my end client of current contracting company.
As I have only 28 days of unemployement (they count weekends too) my case was cleared. They are verifying if you have been paid on job or not if you are working for a consultancy.
Honestly, I myself was worried about my case . Was sleepless. Hope this helps.

hmm if you have pay stubs then those are enough for rfe .. i would like to know little more details about your employer ..

Company A Consulting company FTE based at theri office worked from Jan to June. Paid all the duration,paystubs send as proof to USCIS RFE,no end client letter as worked on project from office Send offer letter,agreement and paystub

Company B contracting company July to current,cointract extended till end of Oct next year. PAid from start day, Have all paystubs send paystub ,offer letter, contract agreement from client to my employer.OPT expiring on Jan 6th.So worried. Total unemployed days in OPT 28 including weekends. Being 2.5 months waiting after application

Employer A is consulting company,Employer B is Contracting agency,however both are very well known companuies.I cannot put my employer name on here, but they are NASDAQ listed companies.
