I took risk and traveled to INDIA and the day I landed I got an RFE saying that I need to submit my Employment History of one whole year with w-2 form ,hours worked, salary, job description and name of the employees .And my center was Nebraska . I submitted the same and in a weeks time it was approved by the USCIS and I also landed back safely to the States. In , Port of Entry they asked me for what company I work for and was I placed through the school.
I dint work for the first 6 months but still my payroll ran but for a very small amount . So, I explained them clearly that the consultancy provided living expenses and accommodation.
Finally, thanks DesiOPT! the experiences of other members gives us a solution and makes us prepare for that situation before hand!! And I think my experience also will be very helpful for others graduating so that they can choose a consultancy which runs a payroll if they don't get job in time so that it will be helpful for future reference if requested by USICS
