Hello

I got my opt and EAD card on 8th July 2013. I joined a firm for a month just 13 days before my 90 day period was about to end. Then I switched my employer(without any break in employment) and am currently working VOLUNTARILY with a NGO in Chicago. Work is related to my field of study(Mechanical Engineering), managing database for them and inventory . Now I have an offer from another company as a mechanical design engineer and the start date is 6th JAN 2014. I have my offer letter too in hand.
I am planning to go to India for 2 weeks before I join my company and be back by 2/3rd Jan. Is it advisable to go ?
I mean will there be any problem in re-entry? All my docs like I-20 is signed, EAD Card is also valid, Passport and Visa too is valid.
