Travelling to India with a java consultancy firm job right after graduation...

Hi ,
I am concerned if one can easily re-enter US after going back to India after graduation with a consultancy firm Java Developer job in hand.
I have heard and seen cases where people were sent back from port of entry because officer said that they have enough Java developers in the country and did not want any more outsiders.
How to deal with such situations?

Lol most of the Americans doesn't even knw what java is. I would recommend coming through a port whr ur employer is located

That's next to impossible, that's not the job of an officer at port of entry, his job to make sure one has right docs to enter this country.

See guys this is an info applicable to all...Try to explain them the client employer relationship. Say them that you are working for certain client. Make sure that you have all the documents such as
1. Valid Passport
2. VISA
3. Signed I20 Before 6 months
4. EAD Card
5. Offer letter from emploeyr
6. Pay stubs if you have some

Even though if the immigration officer is not willing to listen to your words. Make sure that you speak nothing after a point of time and say them that you need an attorney and don't sign anything. You are staying legally here and you have a right to be here as well.
