OPT Self Report

Hi,
1.During the OPT period if I get a job are there any other formalities that need to be done other than filling the OPT Self Report online ?
2. After my 3 months unemployment period is over and I get transferred to another company, do I update it in OPT Self Report ?

1. Yes, You are right. You need to fill OPT self report to DSO.
The employer will give you a W4 form and you need to fill it. The tax rates will be calculated according to the home address given by you
2. When ever your change your job you need to update it to DSO

You should report any changes (new employment, termination ,address change ) to your employment with in 10 days of change ..

in case the 90 day unemployment deadline crosses, do I have to immediately leave the US or will I get 60 day period by which i have to leave ? Do i need to inform the international student body of my university for such a case prior to 90th day ?
