Travel on OPT

Hi Friends,

Thanks for the people who are trying to help with valuable inputs.

Currently I am working full time on OPT in NJ area. I would like to travel to India in Jan-14 . Is it safe to travel on OPT ??If yes, would like to know what are all the documents I should carry with me during my travel period. As I said I am from NJ area, following are my options for port of entries. (Newark Liberty International Airport Newark, LaGuardia Airport - New York, , John F. Kennedy International Airport , Philadelphia International Airport ).

Hence request you to help me to select port of entry with least possibility of risk . If not from above port of entries , I am open to any other one with little/no risk.

1. Yes good to travel if you have proper documentation
2. OPT I20, Valid Visa, Valid Passport, Employment offer letter, Pay stubs iff possible
3. I personally ask you to book which ever is closer to your home
