On STEM Extension but University is likely to close soon

I am the student of University of Northern Virginia. I am on stem extension and valid up to Jan 2015 but my University is closing on Nov 25 2013.As of now I am working for software company.Do I need to take transfer ?Kindly please suggest me that after taking transfer to the different university what is chance of working.Hope I can get my answer as soon as possible.
