Different start dates on OPT and I20

I applied for OPT and I have the EAD card with me. I had given one start date while applying for OPT and I got the EAD card with that start date. But later I updated the employment details and sent them to my international student advisor and he issued me an updated i-20 but with a different start date (1 week difference).
Will this have an effect in the future when I apply for an extension or H1B. I wanted to confirm it with you guys before i can ask my student advisor regarding it. Thanks
