can you tell step by step procedure to file H1-B...what and all documents required to do so...
consultancy people asking me to do h1 by myself...
can you tell me how to do it for next year 2014....
i am new to it so need some help...

It is u r company responsibility .. they have to file it .. you can not file u r self .. and all the fee should be paid by employer except premium processing fee it can be paid by employee or employer ..
