if employer files a greencard in eb2 upto which step do we need to stay with them so that another employer can continue my greencard process in eb2...so that i dont want to waste years by starting it from scratch...

if 140 is approved you can keep the PD .. but new employer need file another application from scratch with your old date ..Comment

if your area of charge ability is india or china mainland you have lot of wait time .. other areas you can get u r gc with in 2-3 yrs ( in most cases )..Comment
