  • Travel on OPT-EAD

    Hi,

My EAD card got approved, start date was 24th June, 2013 and I joined my employer on 19th September, 2013 i.e. 5 days before my unemployment of 90 days. I have employment offer letter from 19th Sept, valid visa, valid passport and updated I-20 with employer details. I am planning to leave United States on third week of October and re-entry on first week of November. Is there anything else I need to carry with me? Do I have to take a leave letter from employer mentioning about the re-entry date on it? What are the possible questions asked by the immigration official as I was unemployed for three months? Please guide me regarding this as my trip to India is really important. Thanks.
