Travel on OPT- F1 expired

I guess your OPT expires in 2014
If it so you cannot enter as you don't have valid VISA
If your OPT expired in 2013 you are illegal as of now
So in both ways you can't enter

If ur opt exp may 2013 nd ur f1 exp aug 2012 so u are illegal now ?

You can not reenter US without valid Visa. Even if you attend Visa interview again, there are high chances of rejection for F1 on OPT.

Hello guys,

My F1 expired in Aug 2012. Graduated in spring 2013, currently working full time for a company on OPT that expires in May 2013. I may have to travel to India in either December or January.

I know it is not safe to travel, but does anyone faced similar situation?

What are the chances of getting visa to reenter into US?
