getting married in opt

i would like to know whether i can get married in opt extension and come with my wife in student visa...she is also in student visa...

Please elaborate your question. Will you be travelling outside US for wedding and coming back to US? Are you both on F1 Visa? Is your spouse on OPT as well?

just my opinion, get h1b first

You can get married when ever you want to. Just make sure that you have the documents such as
1. Valid Visa and Valid Passport
2. Offer letter from Employer
3. Valid I20 at the port of entry
