My Post Completion OPT start date is Sept 09/2012 as I completed my thesis late, graduated in December 2012. Joined X employer in Jan 2013 till April did not work in that period. Joined Y employer in May have proper pay stubs since May 2013. Applied for OPT Extension recently and got RFE stating that "what did you do since Sept 09/2012 to May 8/2013". What do you want me to reply USCIS can anyone suggest me in this. Thanks

Take a letter from x employer like you did unpaid internship for the period jan to May .Good LuckComment

Depends on the center u applied to... If nebraska then Sree Kanth's reply may nt work. Talk to a strong n reputed attorney who dealt with these cases.Comment
