if employer A applies for eb2 how long should i need to stay with that company...if I want to shift to another employer when my green card process when is the safe time for shift...

If You stay with Employer A until your PERM is approved and then they file Step 2, the Form I-140 (which can be filed via premium processing), and then that is approved, then if you leave for Employer B, Employer B will have to start the green card process all over again by filing PERM, but the law allows you to maintain your original priority date from the PERM that was filed by Employer A (but only if you stayed with Employer A through the approval of Step 2, the I-140).
