if we file green card in eb2 with in how many years can we get ead
if we file green card in eb3 with in how many years can we get ead

Hey all. I had question regarding Green card. So if a person marries an American citizen but then either of the spouse has to move to a different state for work, so the married couple are living in different states, will that be a problem in applying for Green card?
