Questions regarding my visa and opt

1. I have been given F1 visa for 2.6 years which is expiring in Dec' 14. I started my Master's program in Fall 2012 and I have completed a year of my graduate studies. I am currently doing my CPT which I started in August' 13 and it's valid till July' 14. I have taken two courses this semester along with doing my CPT. So, I will be having remaining two courses to complete. I was of the idea that I shall complete my CPT and graduate in Dec'14 and start my OPT on graduating which would be from late December or early January'15.

My question is, provided my visa expires in Dec'14, can I start my opt after my F1 visa expires? If not, what are my other options?

2. My second question is,

Visa end date - 12/14/14
Planned graduation - Dec'14 (graduation date can be even after 12/12/14)

Can I graduate even after my visa expires in December?

3. If I graduate in Summer' 14, can I start my OPT as soon as I have graduated considering my visa expires in Dec'14?

Kindly help me by providing the right solutions to the above questions.

Ur visa doesn't affect ur opt or cpt visa is just to get you into the country.
What matter is ur i20. If yu apply for opt ur i20 will reflect ur new exp date which is also indicated In ur opt card too. Ur cpt exp the date u graduate mind u.
If graduate then u should be eligible for opt if u meet the conditions.
Go speak to ur int office in your school or attend the opt/cpt seminar
