OPT extension still under review and need to travel

Hello,
Its been two months and my OPT extension is still in initial review and I need to travel for a week to India and currently I am out of status as my previous OPT expired.
Please suggest what to do?

I would not even consider the travel until extension arrives. Even then it is risky to travel , your re entry may be denied

It is a bit risky but not an that risky if u r confident. I was in the same situation one week back.

hmm u r not out of status ..if it is urgent u can wait in india till u get u r card ..
