Question : When I called up the USCIS to request for expediting the process, the customer representative wrote my email incorrectly.. and they sent the email asking for additional information ( A one page letter from the employer ) to that wrong email id. I just got to know about it today and they said that they can't change the email address now, and I have to wait for 30 more days to request for expedite for the 2nd time. Anybody out there.. faced this kind of situation before? PLEASE HELP
