On OPT - Parents visiting for Graduation

Hi All,
I am currently on OPT. I completed my masters in summer 2013 and my OPT started from August 2013 and i was undergoing training with a DESI CONSULTING COMPANY. I am currently working with a client company through that CONSULTING COMPANY from last week. It is a corp to corp kind of position.
I will be participating in graduation ceremony in December 2013, i want to invite my parents for the commencement ceremony.
What all documents are needed from my employer for this? Please Advice.

You don't need anything from employer. Take the invitations from International Admission Officer of your school and send them to your parents. Scan all the pages of your passport and send the print outs.

Do we have to send notarized copies of our documents like i20s, visa, passport etc?
