Hi guys could you please help me with this ....

How long does it take to receive OPT receipt from texas service center ?????.

Does texas service center is busy during the month of August and September???

I recieved in less than 60 days.. As per my experience texas will process application fastly when compared to other service centers.. But not sure about of aug or sep...
