When does my program gets added to OPT STEM list?

I am an International student pursing Masters(MS) in Information Systems and Technology Management at the University of Delaware, enrolled for Fall 2012 program. As the program is currently NOT in the STEM list 2012, can you please let me know if there is any way or possibility that it can be added in the nearest future as it can be beneficial for my OPT extension.

Is it not covered under Computer and Information Sciences (CIP code - 11.0101) ? I am not sure

I have found out from the University's academic dept and found that the course is not in STEM list although similar courses are in it .. Just wanted to know what can be done from my end to request/notify the Dept of Immigrations and homeland security to add it in the upcoming list.!!
