Seeking recommendations on conversion from H-4 to F-1 to be eligible for OPT in the shortest time period. Have following questions:

1. Your recommendations on community college/Universities that offer short term programs for conversion from h-4 to f-1, to be eligible for CPT/OPT asap in Dallas Fortworth area. Any course recommendations?
2. There are several short-term certification programs. But can a certification program give OPT?
