Lost H4 EAD card - Applied for Replacement - RFE to submit proof that EAD card is lost
I applied for my h4 EAD and its was approved. The EAD card and I 765 was sent through mail. I received only I 765 but not the EAD card. USPS shows it was delivered but I didn't get the EAD card.We were in India when the card came through mail. When we were back we realized that EAD card was missing. We went to usps and spoke to the supervisor but he was of no help. We were asked to reapply for EAD again by Uscis. But now the case is in RFE asking me to submit the proof that the card is lost...What proof should I submit to USCIS for the card which I did not get?
Please help me.
