F1 Denied , applying for H4

Hi Everyone,

One of my friend applied for F1 visa on Nov 2015 and on Dec 2015 at NY Airport she got 235 B(1) form from immigration officer and a stamp of "Application withdrawn" on her passport , this case is related to issue during Dec when students were sent back due to not registered to a proper university.
Now she is planning to get married , will their be any problem if she applies for H4 visa.

No I dont think there should be any problem... Get all possible docs and review then well before interview .. Good luck

There wont be a problem you will find h4 denials if some thing wrong with the h1 documentation .but ask her to mention every thing truly in DS 160
