H4 to H1b (civil job)

I am from civil background and I have an overall experience of 7 years in structural desinging(civil) in India.
I moved to US and I am on H4.

I would like to convert to h1b from h4 and I am looking for sponsors/employers whom could I reach out to.
I understand that the process is well-known if I am from software backround since there are many
consultancies who could sponsor h1b.

Can someone help me with providing me proper employers who could sponsor H1b as per my civil background?
