Enter to USA on H4 while H1 transfer is pending

Hi all,

hope you are all staying safe!!

i have a quick question

My spouse has valid H4 visa until end of this year with Employer A. But currently, i am transferring my h1 visa from Emp A to Emp B and it is in process. Can my spouse enter USA with her valid visa which is on my Emp A H1B or she needs to wait until my Emp B H1 transfer is approved and then go for stamping to enter?
