I am on H1b visa and doing Masters. Can I apply for OPT to change my profession?

Hello I am on H1b visa working as Food service manager and studying Full time in American National University (I am not on F1). I am enorlled in Masters in business administration from an accredited university.I am trying to change my profession from food service mgr. to Business Analyst.
My H1b transfer is not possible so can I apply for OPT to change my profession?

OPT is part of F1 . I dont think you can get OPT if you are not on F1.

You cannot be in H1 and F1 at same time

Studying on H1 is a different thing. You can study as much as you want as long as you are employed full time and satisty needs of H1 visa. If you dont have F1 then I dont think there is any OPT as OPT is part of F1.
