Hi Guys,
Q1)
I changed to Premium processing on last week of June 2013
I received a rfe on 8th July and it was responded. The status was changed back to Intial Review after USCIS received the requested documents. And 15days clock started on 24th July 2013.
I heard that normally they don't take those 15days to approve it.
My question is : in how many days should i expect the reply, as I am planning to visit India on 2nd of Aug(under the assumption that my H1B will be approved by that time). So really worried about it.
Q2)
I am currently on F1 and after the H1B approval, my F1 visa will be reduced to 30th sept, said by my University
I am not planning to go for H1 stamping in this trip
So after the H1B approval, if I visit India and come back on 29th Aug on F1 visa, will there be any issues. I am not on CAPGAP ?
The responses will really help me to think ahead and greatly appreciated !!!!
