Hello There,
I'm confused and need some guidance regarding my case. I'll explain what I'm going through right now.
First of all, last year I've filed my h1b multiple through different employers. Out of 4 employers that I've applied from, only 1 got picked up and got it approved from.
After my h1b approved and approval letter received. Ive had my spouse and daughter came here to the USA on f2. Therefore, my employer have filed h4 for both of them last year. So, this year ive been notifoed theough my employer that uscis sent a notice intent to revoke my h1b.
My employer responded but no luck. Uscis had revoked my h1b in July 2023. This is my first h1b filed last year and when it got picked, pushed it for premium for quick approval. It was valid thru Oct 2025.
When I checked my spouse status for h4. I see that both my spouse and daughter got their h4 approved. So, here I m not sure and little bit confused. I've applied my change of status only for me not for my spouse and daughter last month and uscis had received it on 28th Aug this year. I have sent my spouse and daughter back to India on the 6th of this month.
My questions to you is when will I bring my family to the USA?
After my change of status is apprpved. Should i bring them on f2 visa which is already stamped and valid till 2026?
I would appreciate and will be grateful in this regard.
