Reapply For H1B after Dui

2015-I got picked in lottery for company A
2016- I switched company B
2018- September 2018 while working for company B. I was charged with DUI visa was revoked. I did plead guilty and was on suspended sentence
2019- Jan 2019 I left the country.
2023-Company B wants to rehire me and is ready do all the stuff necessary for bring me back in States.

Question 1) Do I have to go through lottery again or will I be able to use my remaining of 6 years quota?
Question 2) Will DUI conviction come into play? How?
