Laid off employer change before approval

Hi all, I got laid off in January (5th) by employer A and was able to find a job and an employer B who was willing to transfer visa. I started work with the receipt notice with employer B and client within the 60 days grace period. I was wondering if I could apply for a visa transfer to a different employer C before the current visa transfer with employer B is approved. Thanks.

You'll be in your grace period, so not out of status. If the new employer already submitted the h1b petition then you have nothing to worry about. It won't change anything for the new employer.
