H1B transfer applied while original visa is "Processing", transfer approved and original visa got RFE + denied

Hi,

Could you please help us with the below situation?

I have my H1B visa applied from Employer A. While the H1B visa is being processed(still not approved), my new employer filed for a transfer of H1B. The transfer of H1B got approved right away. However, my initial H1B got RFE asking for my educational credentials. After submitting RFE response, my initial H1B got denied.

What would be my current state of immigration? Should I be worried?
