Can I transfer from Non-Profit H1B to For-Profit H1B?

Is it possible for a person get a transfer from an non-profit H1B to for-profit H1B? If yes, then what is the process?

Apply for non profit org jobs ... State university's non profit university's or any non profit org. I believe you dont fall under quota if you get sponsered by non profit org
