Hi Currently iam in my OPT Extension working with employer B and my h1b is approved on employer A so i am transfering my H1B from employer A to employer B automatically my status will changed from opt to H1B and can i run my payroll now please suggest me its very important to me

Your status has already changed to H-1B. You need to stop working for Employer B until Employer B files the H-1B transfer.

Hey, if you want to run your payroll, you must change your employer from A to B before your current H1B work authorization period expires. Employer B must file a petition for your H1B transfer.
