Working with current employer while on reinstatement

Hello guys,

My H1B was approved yesterday from another employer. But due to some reasons, I have sent a reinstatement to USCIS, so that I want to go back to F-1 (OPT)and work with my current employer. During reinstate process:
Am I still allowed to work?
how long the process would take?
Is there any premium processing?

I think you can not work on F1 since yr h1 is approved. Consult with lawyer
