Immigrant petition que in DS160

Hi,

I will go for H1b stamping soon.I had my F4 immigrant petition which was voided around a year ago.During my F1 visa interview, I mentioned about that petition in DS160 but I am afraid to put same information during my H1b stamping. I was actually derivative beneficiary.Petition was for my father.
Should I put the information in DS160?
What if I change my answer in DS160? will the compare with older DS160 ?
