Hello guys, Currently, I am working with Employer A but H1B was approved from Employer B which I never worked with them. Should I worry about transfer process? Is there any chance that I might end up with an RFE asking about Employer A paychex or employment information and How soon I should initiate the process?

2. Employer can file the transfer but file it ASAP and in Premium Processing.
3. Pay check is not needed as it was just approved and Employer A’s attorney can explain that you decided not to join Employer B. USCIS may deny the extension and make you go abroad to get the visa at the Consulate and return.
