H1B query

Hi,

I got my H1B with company A in October and I am planning to transfer it to company B soon like in November or December.
Is there a minimum period I need to work with the employer A on H1B before transferring it to B? I believe we only need 2-3 recent pay stubs.

You can transfer as early as October 1st week but advisable if you do it after you get the first pay stub in October. All the best !

while most of the companies work in 45 term pay so your first pay stub will be on Nov 15, it is advisable to change your employer after 2 pay stubs
