Completed masters in Chemistry, working as a Software Engineer during OPT continued the same job got my H1-B approved for the calendar year. looking to book visa stamping slots in India. what questions can be expected/asked in the interview.

It would be very difficult if she knows that you did your masters in chemistry and working in IT. Most people who were in same situation went to stamping after 3 or 4 years of IT experience in USA. This experience would count a lot.
