Hi all,

If I submit a DS 160 form for Visa Interview in India, Hyd. Do I need to submit another DS 160 form for Visa Interview in Canada. I found there are no slots in India till January. What is the process to apply for Visa Stamping in Canada and Caribbean?

And also Where to find Visa slot dates in India ? I haven't submitted my DS 160 form yet.

If its ur first time we recommend going back to ur home country and get stamped. If its not ur forst time then u can go to any country provided they has us consulate and het stamped. Hope it helps.

1) Yes, you need to submit new ds160 for canada( i did the same when it was my turn. Canada consulate representative suggested me to do that).
2) for stamping in canada you need to apply for visiting visa first and then go through the regular procedures

Above points are information purpose only. I would highly recommend you to go India for stamping. Keep searching for the dates as you might get one. Few days back they opened new dates

There are a lot of slots available in Hyderabad for H1 stamping in November and December. Register at ustraveldocs.com and it will show you the latest available date. Once you fill your ds-160 and pay the fee, you will be able to see all the available slots and schedule appointment.

If you want to try to get an appointment in Canada, you will need to redo the DS-160 choosing the appropriate consulate in Canada.
