I am on H1b and am receiving referal(non- Payroll) checks from different employers can i deposit them in my bank account??

So, you are working in the U.S. unlawfully for other employers and you’re worried that by depositing in your account, USCIS can find out?

i am not working to other employer unlawfully but am receiving referal checks ( am refering my friends to their payroll and am receiving a check of XX amount ) , can i deposit them to my account??
