I am currently working with an XYZ MNC in India. Got an RFE for form I-129 and XYZ submitted necessary doccuments. (USCIS Case status as of Oct 18 2016 :- On August 3, 2016, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-129). Very much worried and i'm tired of follow-up with my company as they are least bothered. how long does it takes for California Service center to process the request? Can I apply for service request to speed up the process?

Roughly they take around 6 months... There is nothing that you can do in this case... Ask you employer to open a ticket with your case... Or apply it in premium... Good luckComment
