H4 to H1B for Hotel Mangement

Hi,

I am looking for employer to file an H1B for my husband who is here on H4. I have H1B from my Company and we came here. Please let me know if you know any employer who will file H1 for him. He have done Hotel Management and have overall 10 year of experience in the same field.
