  • Question regarding H1B stamping

Hi, I have applied for H1B in 2015 and got approved only for one year which is valid until feb 2017.
Now i want to go for visa stamping and confused if it is safe to go as i have only 4 months validity. I am currently in a project and got my amendment approved.

    1. Is it safe to go Canada, as i can get a slot very easily? Is it mandatory to go home country?
    2. Is it safe to go India/any country having only 3 months of validity?

Your response is much appreciated. Thanks

If you have a,canadian visa and us masters degree you can go for canada... There are many who go there... Any how thats the only option left as dates in india are only available after feb 2017... If you have good paper work are good to go... Good luck

          1. If you initially came to the U.S. on an H-1B visa or F-1 visa that you obtained from India or if you have a US degree, going to Canada shouldn’t be an issue.
          2. Yes, it should be fine.
