H1B RFE deadline- sept 20th 2016, no project found till now

I was selected in the h1b lottery and i received an RFE on June 28th for employer-employee relationship. While I was selected I had a job till May and since june to present I did not find a project. DEADLINE to reply RFE is 20th sept ember 2016. What are my options with the H1B case?
Should I withdraw (or) leave it for something called intent to deny(30 days after deadline they deny). Please suggest
