Hi Guys,
My current H1b is valid till end of Jan 2017, i am planning to go to India end of this year. i am as well planning to apply for H1b extension and get it approved before i go to India. my problem here is my current client only give client letter stating that i will be working for them till end of this year i.e, December 2016 and there will be a possibility of extension as per their policies. but for sure my project is going to be extended, will it create a problem during my extension since my existing H1b is valid till end of Jan 2017 and my client letter says i will work till end of 2016 with possibility of extension?. please let me know some suggestions.
