Client change after H1B approval

Hi All,

I got my H1 approved this year. My current project is over and I have new project with different client, without gap of a single day. I just wanted to know that when should be the amendment filed for this? My employer says that since H1B starts from October 1st, they would file the amendment on October 1st itself. I just wanted to confirm if this is the correct strategy.

All the inputs for this will be highly appreciated.

You employer is right.. Amendment can be filed only after ur H1 starts on Oct 1st as this is ur first H1B.

try on middle ware like IIS weblogic,websphere,jboss all these are server admin jobs which are easy and long term
