H1B Picked in 2015 June like to change Employer Got I797 approval notice in hand

Hi ,

I have my visa picked in 2015 June and got even I797 approval notice which I hold it now.
There is a huge 221g happening for this consultant for almost everyone who goes for stamping.
Can I change the employer at this moment as my employer is in trouble @ VISA office ?
I got all my documents like I797 approval notice etc.

Yes, you can try to do a transfer as long as the H-1B has not been revoked.

It is always good to have 3 pay checks under the employer whom you have ur H1 approved with once October starts. You can later have this H1 transferred to a new employer n go for stamping. Good luck !!

As far as I know, Nobody ask for pay checks when you are on OPT

we r talking abt H1 transfer here.. And after oct 1 , ur pay checks will be H1 paychecks n not OPT.. Hope tht helps!!
